Configuration Migration
All UAT configurations replicated to production. Smoke testing with test cards validates end-to-end flow.
First Card Issuance
The moment of truth — first live card issued in production:
- Register Customer — Create profile with KYC and linked account
- Issue Card — Virtual (instant) or physical (order via vendor)
- Activate Card — Customer activates via chosen method
- Set PIN — Customer sets their PIN
- First Transaction — Customer completes first POS/ATM/e-commerce transaction
- Verify — Confirm CBS posting, notification delivery, balance update
Post-Go-Live Monitoring
