Configuration Migration

First Card Issuance

The moment of truth — first live card issued in production:

  1. Register Customer — Create profile with KYC and linked account
  2. Issue Card — Virtual (instant) or physical (order via vendor)
  3. Activate Card — Customer activates via chosen method
  4. Set PIN — Customer sets their PIN
  5. First Transaction — Customer completes first POS/ATM/e-commerce transaction
  6. Verify — Confirm CBS posting, notification delivery, balance update
